Through a dedicated telephone number and support desk our software is supported by a team of dedicated application and technical consultants, the help desk team comprises experts with both product and IT knowledge.

All calls received by the help desk are immediately acknowledged, logged on our database and allocated a unique call reference number. Our same-day target means that more than 80% of calls received are cleared on the same day, and if we can’t resolve your problem there and then we’ll keep you fully informed of its progress.

Your open calls will be able to be viewed within our client area of our website enabling you to monitor the current status and resolution of your calls.

The help desk retains excellent live product knowledge and gets involved in reviewing new software releases in order that they are familiar with any new features generated as a result of a new release or upgrades.
